Intra resolves problems related to the establishment, management and liquidation of legal persons and the relationships between shareholders and bodies of joint stock companies: disputes related to declaring invalid the decisions of the general meetings of shareholders, boards of directors, executive bodies, and entries into the register of shareholders.

Increase in the client's interests of the charter capital of a bank by means of including into it the premises leased by the client;

Representation in commercial courts of the interests of a client in a suit against state registration bodies concerning the validity of the registration of changes to the charter of a legal person;

Preparation of founding documents and the formation of charter capital for legal persons established under Russian law, elaboration of methods of transfer of shares within legal persons as well as of their sale to third parties, and methods of reorganization and liquidation of legal persons.

Up
