Representation in court of the interests of a client defending a claim for the compensation of damages caused by the unlawful usage of a trademark. The client lost in the court of first instance, but the Court of Appeal reversed the judgement of the lower court and rendered a judgement in favor of the client. The Court of Appeal's ruling was confirmed by decree of the Court of Cassation.
