Intra organizes and provides legal support of foreign trade transactions and represents clients' interests vis-a-vis other contracting parties to foreign trade transactions. Intra represents the interests of its Russian and foreign clients before international commercial arbitral tribunals, national courts of several jurisdictions and during all stages of enforcement procedures arising from international arbitral awards and judgements of national and foreign courts.

Representation of the interests of a client resident in Ukraine in the process of recognition and enforcement on the territory of the Russian Federation of an arbitral award rendered by the International Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine that provided for the recovery of a debt from a Russian legal person.

Preparation for a Swedish law firm of a legal opinion on whether the Procurement Department of the President of the Russian Federation may be a proper representative of the Russian Federation in international arbitral proceedings that arose out of a foreign investment protection treaty. The bilateral foreign investment protection treaty provided for the liability of the Russian state for measures of compulsory taking of foreign investor's property or for interference in the activities of a joint venture partially owned by a foreign investor.

Protection of the interests of a Russian-Swedish joint venture in proceedings before the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation. The proceedings arose from a claim of a US company for the recovery of compensation for goods delivered under a foreign trade transaction.
